Ingredients:

Rice Paper Sheets

Rice Noodles

Chicken, Prawns, squid or seabass J

Carrots Sticks (thinly sliced)

Lettuce

Mint

Basil

Coriander

Sliced fresh mango, avocado.

A bowl of room temperature water.

Method:

- Heat oil in pan with garlic and stir fry chicken, seabass, prawns and squid with salt and pepper or just grill them.

- Soften dry rice paper with water

- Place wet rice paper onto a main plate

- At one end of the rice paper sheet layer lettuce, noodles, carrot, mint, basil, coriander and sauted seafood, chicken or fresh fruit.

- Tightly roll rice paper around ingredients to form a spring roll

- Trim ends and serve with dipping sauce
