Two Oceans Chardonnay

Light straw-yellow with an attractive green tint. A medium bodied wine with an excellent balance between fruit and oak flavours, resulting in a fresh finish.

Two Oceans Shiraz

Ruby colour with aromas of strawberries, spices and black pepper. A medium bodied wine with slight tannin, an abundance of berries and spicy and peppery nuances.

Moore’s Creek Shiraz

The 2008 Moore’s Creek Shiraz is medium purple and red in colour. The nose displays aromas

of ripe plum fruits, chocolate and vanilla essence. Sweet shiraz fruit and spicy peppery characters are evident on the palate, which is supported by the integration of tannins.

Moore’s Creek Semillon Sauvignion Blanc

The colour is pale with a lime-green hue. Pungent and herbaceous aromas dominate the nose with the Semillon contributing a citrus overtone. The Semillon’s fuller palate structure has added weight to the wine, which has good length of flavour and ends with a zesty, citrus finish.

Gato Negro Sauvignon Blanc
Its colour is a pale yellow with green tones. Its aroma is fairly intense tropical fruit aromas stand out, such as pineapples and mangos. On the palate it has lots of fruit good acidity, fresh young character, vivid and pleasant finish, good persistence.

Gato Negro Cabernet Sauvignon
Its colour is an intense red with violet tints. Its aroma is fresh ripe fruit, such as blackberries and blackcurrant. This is a generous, open wine. On the palate it is an easy drinking wine with gentle tannins. Its attack is full of fruit with a pleasant finish.

Bordeaux Michel Lynch

A beautiful crimson colour with violet tints. Very intense on the nose, with black cherry, plum and strawberry aromas. Velvety and full on the palate, supple with lots of fruit.

Saint Roch Les Vignes

A pale-salmon hue with notes of white peaches and lychees on the nose. Fresh and lively on the palate, fairly light in body, with a refreshing dry finish.
